The job aims at developing and implementing a corporate affairs and communication strategy, PR activities, further building the company reputation, engaging employee’s loyalty and supporting the management regarding Communication and Corporate Affairs matters.
She or he will be responsible for the followings: - to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with relevant public decision making bodies - to consolidate the engagement of employees through internal communication strategy, intranet development, event management and publications - to set up a PR plan to maximize and enhance brand strategy through non-paid media - to create a transparent external communication policy - to represent the company in media as a spokesman if necessary - to ensure that communication plan be prepared in case of crisis and reputation management - to manage and develop corporate social responsibility programs - to report to the General Manager
- university/college (master) degree in communication and PR - at least 5 years relevant experience in a multinational business environment - proven track record in corporate affairs activities in Hungary - ability to create mutually beneficial relationships with relevant public decision making bodies - in depth knowledge of the media market - fluent in Hungarian and English in reading and writing - good social and communication skills in written and presentation - strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
