We are currently looking for talented individuals in our Budapest office for a
Coordinator with fluent French (RCC Scheduler)
As a coordinator you will be responsible for active contact with field engineers – assisting, scheduling and monitoring their daily work.
- Dispatch – Direct engineers to the required work within specified timescales
- Resource Management – Manage the scheduling of engineers
- Monitoring – Track the progress of outstanding incidents
- Fluency in French + some spoken and written English
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge/experience of PC systems & components is a plus
- ITIL qualification is an advantage
