On the department level within DCNOcontinually analysis actual quality situation Performs Analysis of Quality KPIs for respective DCNO Department, prepares and implements quality improvement measures within DCNO Performs after every HIGH/CRITICALan internal problem management a deep dive analysis with the goal to tackle all gaps within the incident handling Prepares improvement measures out of the Internal Problem Analysis Prepares and executes fire drills within his area of responsibility, based on the outcome identifies gaps within the operation and prepares improvement measures Tracks the implementation of improvement measures with the manager within all teams within DCNO Active steering of all DCNO Problem cases from the DCNO perspective which are being handled by the Global Quality organization Analysis the Change and Delivery order management process, it’s KPIs, prepares and implements measure within DCNO Identify weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards. Creation and further development of concepts and operational standards.in terms of process within DCNO
YOUR PROFIL
University degree At least intermediate level of English, German knowledge is an advantage 5 years of experience within the field ITIL CSI Quality and Process skills Kepner Tregoe Green belt
