Contact Centre Executive - Derbyshire

Job Title: Contact Centre Executive
Location: Sheffield

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Handling outbound calls to existing VIP customers
• Demonstrating exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills.

In terms of experience:

Previous Telemarketing / Telesales/ Retail Sales experience is preferred but not essential, what matters is your energy, your drive and determination to succeed.
You will have a Professional manner, be confident, is assertive yet not pushy, are well presented with an outgoing personality.
Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
Good at building rapport and maintaining customer relationships.
Previous experience of meeting and exceeding targets with continuity.
Are Ambitious, enthusiastic, self motivated and target orientated.
Focused, organized, eager to learn and develop.
Confident at objection handling and keeping the customer onside.
Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise workload.
Computer literate

Successful candidates will be proven and experienced communicators, having the ability to talk to a customer on the telephone, ascertain their needs and provide solutions to their requirements by using your product knowledge, determination, tone of voice, questioning skills and most of all your customer service.

You must have a good work ethic, be articulate, outgoing and have an excellent telephone manner.
