Contact Center Manager

Our partner is a multinational call center services provider offering telesales services. They are opening a new center in Budapest, and looking for the head of the services to manage call center operation and team leaders.

CONTACT CENTER MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • manage a call center of 20-25 employees
  • daily contact with team leaders
  • close cooperation with international management
  • daily and weekly reporting
  • financial and operational strategy planning
  • control of costs and budget
  • active and proactive communication with clients
  • ensure meeting sales targets and KPIs
  • Contact with suppliers

Requirements:

  • experience in call center environment (preferably telesales)
  • experience in managing a team of at least 10 FTEs
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • customer oriented, proactive and dynamic personality
  • can-do attitude
  • English language on negotiation level (daily contact with international management and partners)
  • Ability to perform well under stress and to meet deadlines
  • Ability to motivate colleagues
