Our partner is a multinational call center services provider offering telesales services. They are opening a new center in Budapest, and looking for the head of the services to manage call center operation and team leaders.
CONTACT CENTER MANAGER
- manage a call center of 20-25 employees
- daily contact with team leaders
- close cooperation with international management
- daily and weekly reporting
- financial and operational strategy planning
- control of costs and budget
- active and proactive communication with clients
- ensure meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Contact with suppliers
- experience in call center environment (preferably telesales)
- experience in managing a team of at least 10 FTEs
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- customer oriented, proactive and dynamic personality
- can-do attitude
- English language on negotiation level (daily contact with international management and partners)
- Ability to perform well under stress and to meet deadlines
