As a Senior Associate in an expanding Economics and Policy
practice, you will be responsible for taking a lead role in the delivery of
large scale consulting assignments, from policy research through to
Educated to at least degree level, or equivalent qualification, in a relevant
discipline (e.g. Economics, Policy, Research, Business / Management, Social
Science) you will have a proven track record in taking lead roles in large
scale public sector consulting projects, locally and nationally, in one or more
of the following areas: education and skills, health, and / or international
You will have the capability and enthusiasm for growing the
Economics and Policy business in these core areas, and see value in
establishing productive business relationships. You will be determined and
demonstrate drive and focus in helping to expand the Economics and Policy
You will be based in London as part of the wider Economics
and Policy team.

Policy practice over the next 3 years, we are currently appointing a balanced
mix of experienced staff members that will form the core of our business going
As a Senior Associate in our Economics and Policy practice
you will already perform strongly against our Global Core Competencies:
• Be a core team member of the health team in the UK firm working on health care projects • Lead workstreams on large transformation projects • Manage project budget across multiple teams • Work independently with clients to produce deliverables • Conduct financial analysis and business planning to support transformational changes • Drive the development of international healthcare knowledge network
The following skills are required for this role:
Essential skills:
• Strong financial and analytical skills • Experience of working in the health care sector in the UK • Exceptional excel skills • Experience of working with clinicians to effect transformational change • Experience of working across multiple teams and managing project finance • Experience of facilitating client workshops and senior stakeholder management • Ability and experience of working with international health teams preferable.
Desirable skills sought for the role:
• Ability and experience of working with international health teams preferable
• It is anticipated that the candidate will have already had experience of consulting in health industries. Good client references would be expected.
• Suitable undergraduate (and possibly postgraduate) degree • Core consulting training
