Consultant – Operations Enablement
we are looking for colleagues

The Consultant – Operations Enablement serves as a generalist in Compliance, Contract Management, and End-to-End processes, primarily supporting the Global Business Services (GBS) functions: Procurement, IT, Global Shared Services, and Security & Aviation.  The support is focused in the North America and Europe regions, and the selected candidate will need to drive organizational projects and activities across different regions, diverse cultures, and various languages and time zones.



  • Ongoing analysis of opportunities and development of business case and project plans to influence senior leadership and gain organizational support
  • Provide submit matter expert consultation and training on policies, procedures, and best practices related to Operations Enablement initiatives
  • Developing and interpreting metrics, both qualitative and quantitative, and perform root cause analysis on any issues
  • Consult with internal customers as a stage gate review to ensure ongoing process adherence and escalation
  • Identify and deliver necessary training to stakeholders; identify opportunities to enhance training curriculum
  • Participate in cross-functional GBS team meetings, as needed, to share best practices and receive/deliver training
  • Maintain knowledge of the area of expertise and conduct benchmarking to continue to propose new opportunities to the organization
  • Help to establish and drive a pipeline of strategic projects in line with business targets
  • Participate in the creation and enhancement of work instructions, templates, and other tools
  • Provide reporting and back-office support of processes, as needed



  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business or Supply Chain
  • 3-5 years business experience in similar role
  • Background in consulting desirable
  • Fluent in English
  • Project management skills
  • Process improvement skills
  • Data analysis – both spend and financial
  • Executive presentation skills
  • Expert skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Think-cell, Visio, SharePoint and Power Pivot
  • Experience in Ariba tools and applications preferred
  • CPA, MBA is recommended
  • Clear criminal records are required. Request for certificate will be processed by the company.
