Our prestigious manufacturing client is expanding their business in their EMEA HQ in Budapest. Now they are actively looking for Compensation & HRIS Analyst for their team.
- C&B Sharepoint administration for Regional C&B Site - Sales Incentive Plan Sharepoint administraton: Gathering data from the countries and uploading it - Compensation process flow development & maintenance - Data gathering during key C&B process such as Merit Review & Bonus calculation - Serve as System Administrator for the Success Factors modules including Goal Management & Compensation module - Support the regional Compensation Team with advanced reporting needs
- 2-3 years relevant experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits and HR Administration - Strong understanding of HR system database design, structure, and experience with databases tools (Ideally Success Factors knowledge) - University or College degree - Fluent English is a must - Strong Teamwork skills
