For our multinational partner we are looking for a
 Compensation and Benefit Administrator   

Near Budapest


  • Making sure that salary and benefits information are maintained and up to date in accordance with SLA agreements
  • Creation of pre-defined reports and support to Reward Specialist
  • Update employee data when benefits or salary are changed
  • Update organisational structure and authorisation in department or unit
  • Be driven and pro-active in continuous improvements and standardisation of available reports
  • Contribute to an overall successful delivery of HR services to customers as a part HR Service Centre team
  • Reward administration
  • Prepare reward communication material for Local HR and line Managers
  • Collect feedback (e.g. Annual salary review)
  • Prepare salary letters and incentive letters
  • Invoice/Vendor Management


  • University or college degree
  • General HR knowledge
  • Good knowledge in SAP, e-HR or other systems
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of French or Italian language is a big plus
  • Organized, analytical, thorough and show attention to details
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal abilities
