The Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing the Sales Team consisting of 9 persons. The main purpose is to build a brand of quality services on the Hungarian market and therewith increase sales and brand awareness.
• Ultimate responsibility for sales, marketing and relationship management; • Responsibility for the management, development and performance management of all subordinates • Implementation of the marketing and commercial policy; • Meet the approved annual budget in conjunction with colleagues in the management team; • Maintain contacts with customers and leads as well as other relations; • Building and maintaining a network • Create and work out new service products
• Hire and train new staff; • Manage and develop staff to maximize potential; • Monitor staff performance including executing the yearly evaluations and appraisals; • Set employee goals and objectives and monitor the progress; • Responsibility for the achievement of the department’s efficiency and quality goals;
• Fluent English is a must (both in verbal and written communication) • University Degree (preferably in economics) • Proven track record in a role of a commercial / sales manager (3+ years’ as leader in consultative selling (B2B) • Thorough knowledge in the field of Sales & Marketing (approximately 10 years) • Ability to create and work with financial reports • Computer skills: MS Office, Outlook (strong basics) • Strong personality with excellent managerial skills • Strong team player • Commercial drive, entrepreneurship • Experience in the field of leasing is an advantage
