The main scope of Human Centrum Ltd is recruitment, placement, temporary staffing and HR outsourcing which is provided in the whole territory of the country. Our aim is to increase, develop and save human resource efficiency, which are very important from the point of companies’ success. The HR area needs to know two basic capabilities to accomplish this mission: competitive approach and the capability of renewal. 
Our client is a successful multinational company. Currently we are looking for a commercial assistant to join their team at Gödöllő.


  • Referred to as an executive secretary to the Top Managers, works closely with senior managerial or directorial staff to provide administrative support.  Helps managers to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks.
  • Provide day-to-day assistance.
  • Deep involvement in the daily routine of the given departments
  • Responsible for supporting the execution and operation of various business processes and transactions in an efficient and timely manner.
  • May provide any kind of general business support for the given departments.
  • Provide assistance to the respective managers in all  tasks adhering to respected timelines;
  • Participating on operational meetings, making memos, follow-ups
  • Participate on functional projects either on admin or specialist level
  • Organize Management calendar (meetings outside the office, business trips, etc.);
  • Responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, logistics, enrolment forms, invitations, Visas…etc
  • Supporting the Managers in mailings, follow-ups
  • Organize/Facilitate special events under the patronage of Management team.
  • Provide backup administrative support to given Managers;
  • Making necessary planning and calculations for approvals and decisions
  • Attendance register in Nexontime
  • Facilitate and support the managers in necessary contracts, purchase orders, approval process
  • Follow up and give support on financial systems (Covus, Concur)
  • Any other tasks requested by the respective managers
  • Being member of an assistant pool, back-up for other assistants within the company



  • Higher education
  • 2-3 years of working experience preferably at a multinational company
  • Computer skills: advanced level
  • Fluent English written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective management of information
  • Organization and planning
  • Attention to detail
  • Initiating, reliable
  • High stress tolerance
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple workflow
