The Cloud Support Engineer runs and maintains server scripts
Planning for future cloud infrastructure capacity requirements
Take an active role in creating an environment of innovation, collaboration transparency, accountability and trust.
Provides customer support related to Perceptive Media and Cloud products and solutions.
Planning and conducting technical tasks associated with the implementation and maintenance of internal enterprise-shared virtualization infrastructure
Resolves issues, assists in adoption to Software as a Service (SaaS) products and solutions and helps maintain SaaS health and service portal for the customers.
Contributes to the maintenance of online knowledgebase, so that team members can be more effective in dealing with similar issues in the future.
Has the desire to grow within the cloud organization.
Configuring and maintaining the systems that comprise the underlying cloud platform
Troubleshooting cloud services when problems arise
Fluent English language knowledge
Basic understanding of networks
Strong problem solving abilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A good level of technical ability
