Clinic Administrator
Employer: London Claremont Clinic
Reports To: CEO
Status: Temp, 6-8 maternity cover (with the possibility of Perm/Full-time)
Salary: Up to £30,000 (pro rata)

We are London Claremont Clinic and we are a Private Outpatients Clinic based in the Harley Street area of London and we seek a very proactive Clinic Administrator working 40 hours per week, (Monday to Friday with some occasional Saturdays if required) on a temporary basis to cover Maternity Leave.

As the Clinic Administrator you must be a strong "all rounder", have excellent interpersonal skills and used to speaking to people on the phone. A real get up and go attitude is needed. Working closely alongside the CEO you will be working across the clinic helping with admin and reception duties along with the following:

Clinic Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the CEO with smooth day to day running of the clinic
• Assist with the production of reports, letters, emails as required by Management Team or CEO
• Provide secretarial /PA services to Consultant as/when required
• Assisting with appointment bookings, completion of reports and other clinic management duties as required
• Manage correspondence and telephone enquiries as directed
• Ordering/Purchase of clinic equipment if needed
• Liaising with Clinic Management team and external HR company to assist with queries, regular maintenance of HR files, recruitment and induction of new staff and minutes of HR meetings as needed
• Any other admin duties, as required

Clinic Administrator - Essential Criteria:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet competing deadlines
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of Clinic and patient information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible approach and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
• Strong judgment, decision-making and problem solving skills.
• GCSE's in English Language and Mathematics (or equivalent)
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office packages
• Energetic and self-disciplined with a passion for excellent customer service
• A confident team player that demonstrates strict adherence to processes and protocols.
• A valid full DBS disclosure (previously CRB)
