Client Support Analyst with English and French or Dutch language
Our prestigious partner working in the energy industry is looking for a junior professional, who would be interested joining a multinational team and support the EMEA sector.
-Coordinate the receipt of external energy invoices -Facilitate new client rollout with internal & external teams -Establish relationships with clients at the plant and corporate level when needed -Field customer inquiries -Understand & adhere to the processes and controls -Elevate and communicate potential breakdown of systems, policies and procedures -Contribute to process enhancement & new process development -Support client team in presentations and meetings
-Bachelors/Masters degree preferably in Finance/ Economics/ Math -Fluency in English is a must and French or Dutch language knowledge -Fresh graduates are also welcome -Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point -Strong customer service, analytical and organizational skills -Strong initiative and ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment -Strong communication and composition skills -Energy industry terminology and standards preferred
