For our prestigious client who is a leading global retail, direct and commercial financial institution we are looking for a talented Team Leader to manage the Client Services Maintenance Unit.
- Responsible for all client day-to-day maintenance requests, yearly audit statements, GRID maintenance, declarations on clients’ request for Corporate and FI Clients - Manage the team of 6, sets the conditions to ensure that targets are met in time, enhances operational quality of service and minimizes operational risks - Participates in client services related product- and business process projects
- University/college degree preferably in Econimics - 2-5 years experience of team management - Knowledge of Corporate Clients characteristics - Fluent English knowledge - Ability to drive change in organization - High cooperation, networking skills - Assertive communication - Credibility
