Job Summary

 

Our partner is an American multinational company operating a shared service center in Budapest. In the Claim Parts Order Management role you would be responsible for monitoring the Claim Parts orders activities according to the contracted partners.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the parts orders of the Channel Partner (validation and administration) following the step by step process
  • Ensure timely validation of the parts orders of the Service Partners
  • Monitoring the proper shipment and return of  the parts ordered according to the processes
  • Ensure that partners are following the correct process by monitoring their activities and maintaining a regular communication with the Claim administrators
  • Support Claims Administrators in questions related to administrative processes (Parts Shipment, Parts Return, Orders status update, Back orders)
  • Ensure proper follow up on the back order cases with spare parts team 
  • Ensure the orders to be handled before the logistic partners cut off time by country
  • Ensure proper validation of the orders in case of system issues
  • Ensure timely response of the incoming emails of the task id
  • Act as a communication bridge among logistic partner and Claim administrators
  • Participate in resolution of issues and design of improvement plans with central team in Budapest, partners and in-country management
  • Report any technical issues in Siebel to the responsible Key User
  • Ensure high rate of the Parts return
  • Claim parts order management admin has the responsibility to report to the management (Manager/Vendor Manager/Team Lead) any kind of partner misbehavior
  • Claim parts order management admin has the responsibility to report to the management (Manager/Vendor Manager/Team Lead) any degradation of the partner performance, base on day to day observation and scorecard

 

Requirements

  • High school degree minimum
  • Experience in service, order management, supply chain  or other customer services
  • Good level of English (TOEIC 605-780)
  • Knowledge of any other European languages is a plus
  • Computer skills: Word, good knowledge level of Excel; Siebel knowledge is a plus
  • Proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and time management
  • Ability to work under pressure
