The role requires building relationships with commercial end user organisations by solving their problems identifying immediate or medium term business opportunities for our client and ensuring that the most complete and highest value Marketing Qualified Leads are generated.
What you will do:
- Generating new sales opportunities with end customer from inbound and outbound contact centre channels. Identifying every opportunity in the lead to drive technology within the end customer
- Build strong working relationships with end customers and internal / partner sales teams
- Ensure each customer engagement is a memorable and positive experience
- Develop sound understanding of customer’s competitors
- Build qualified lead pipeline for sales and partner community, handing off and lead follow up
- Integrate with local sales, marketing and partner communities to promote consistent learning of local market, products, solutions, offers and promotions
- Manage nurture and call back management
- Activity planning & Callout campaigns
You need to have:
- Telephone Sales experience
- IT knowledge
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Romanian and Hungarian
- Digitally Savvy
- CRM / salesforce
- Relentlessly sales and results driven
- Relentlessly customer centric i.e. solving customer problem 1st and working back to the technology
- A strong desire to work in IT Telemarketing
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and time manage
- Effective team spirit
- Emotional and analytical competence
- Motivational self and others
- A strong communicator
- Relevant degree will be considered as an advantage
