Our client is one of the world's leading providers of communications solutions and services. They are operating in 170 countires, and now they are looking for a Cisco IWAN Technical Support Engineer to their fast growing team.
- Provides 3rd level technical support to internal and external customers - Applies analytical skills and technical knowledge to solve product and network problems of moderate to high complexity - Provides technology/product training to the IWAN incubator team - Act as focal point for large account network problem resolution - Interact across TAC teams and development teams at peer level
- 3+ years of networking industry experience and knowledge, products and protocols - Demonstrated proficiency in the following technologies: TCP/IP, routing protocols, MPLS - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with routing/switching across Cisco platforms - Able to determine problems and deliver known solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction - Ability to determine root cause and resolution for previously unknown problems - Good verbal and written communication skills - Cisco CCNP or higher certification
