Chinese Speaking Customer Service Representative

The Service Center's  Data Integrity Team assists and supports the marketing activities of the  NI sales offices.

Currently the DI Team supports nearly 40 processes focussing on integrating and maintaining NI customers' data.  Our diverse and specified  assistance include:
· Processing and maintaining customer data
· Product registration
· Product activation
· Managing direct NI customer service
· Integrating and processing customers' feedback from events
· Ensuring Online Training access availability

Main tasks and responsibilities

· Processing and dealing with customer data
·  Escalating, filtering incorrect and insufficient information towards branches
· Keeping in touch with colleagues in other branches and departments
· Solving upcoming questions and problems
· Maintenance and update of databases
· Continuous improvement and participation in new projects

· Fluent Chinese knowledge to be able to support China and Taiwan
· Excellent communication skills in English
· Hungarian knowledge is advance
· Outstanding written and oral communication skills
· Good level of IT skills (MS Excel, MS Word)
· Positive attitude for receiving feedback and new tasks
· Ability to work accurately and with minimal supervision
· Being engaged in punctual and precise performance
