We are looking for an experienced sales manager for a multinational production company operating in the medical sector.
Do you have 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience preferably in Life Science industry? Do you have experience in partnering with distributors? Have you lead complex sales campaigns or projects, with a focus on sales to large strategic accounts, projects or industries?
If yes, this is your position!
- Manage Life Science distributors in Central & Eastern Europe area - Be the point person for all technical expertise/help related to the Life Science Business - Lead in scoping channel marketing efforts - Work closely with the product management team and the Regional Manager - Develop channel sales plans and strategies for building/maintaining a robust pipeline - Review sales performance - Negotiate prices
- Master degree or equivalent in Biology or Chemistry relevant to the technical nature and activity of the role - Strong technical understanding of Life Science applications and Technology - 3 to 5 years of sales experience in B2B preferably in Life Science industry - Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills - Experience with a range of sales methodologies and sales funnel management process - Proficient MS Office and other sales tools (CRM) - Fluent and confident in English
