•To deliver Problem Management to agreed SLA’s as defined in contractual quality of service targets. •To help drive down the overall global cost to serve while delivering best in class problem management •To lead on problem investigation following service restoration until delivery of the problem root cause report and identification of corrective actions. •To manage Problem cases in a quality manner and regularly update the Problem system to reflect current progress. •To provide problem updates to the customer in both written and verbal form, to maintain excellent customer relations, at times calling for high levels of diplomacy. •To document the root cause and the problem permanent solution in accordance with agreed standards and timescales.
•Good analytical skills; a structured and methodical approach •High Level Network Management awareness •Overview and understanding of Operational Supplier management •Understanding of Service Transition & Service Design Process •Incident Management process aware •Understanding of ITIL processes and terminology •Fluent English
