CHANGE MANAGER - ERP IMPLEMENTATIONS
  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES                    
- Prepare business for ERP rollout
- Conduct meetings and workshops with business management
- Facilitate and assist client getting trained about new ERP’s features, functions and benefits
- Share details about org change and rollout process to business management
- Setting and managing expectation of client
- Partner with business throughout the whole rollout process
- Preliminary actions in the client organization for the change
- Develop, drive, facilitate organizational and process changes of business to best leverage new ERP system
- Assess organization and assist in mapping business processes
- Apply appropriate organizational change management methodology to optimize ERP technology for business
- Identify project benefits in cooperation with Project manager and Business (client) management
- Create org change, communication and training plan in cooperation with Project manager and Business (client) management
- Ensure familiarity with the software and gain buy in from all level of organization
- Pursue that the organization is informed, engaged, accountable
- Lead change process: changing roles and responsibilities
- Deliver training and communication activities in cooperation with business (client) management
- Support organization and ERP Project team during rollout
- Cooperate with DAX Project Manager and Finance Transformation Manager
- Post implementation to do’s
- Review of enhancement needs of business from potential organization impact point of view and advise business (client) leaders and Project manager
- Be part of issue resolution process
- Auditing, monitoring organizational change efficiency
- Benefits realization 


 
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of proven work experience in Organization Change Management (OCM) - working as ERP implementation OCM is a plus
- Reference OCM projects in various countries (ERP OCM is a plus)
- 10+ years of experience in business or project management function in a multinational environment
- Capability to negotiate with upper level / executive management
- Solid understanding of ERP system structure and ERP Deployment is an advantage
- Thorough knowledge of organizational change management methodologies
