Job Description:

Digital Media Sales Manager is responsible for preparing and executing company's digital sales strategy for all digital platforms and products across the CEE region in order to:
  • Maximise revenues from existing revenue lines;
  • Support business goals of company brands and channels;
  • Drive monetisation of new business opportunities.
Main responsibilities:
  • Contributes to the preparation and execution of the digital media department's strategy and KPI planning;
  • Prepares and executes yearly, quarterly, monthly planning on targets and actions in accordance with the strategy & commercial goals, cluster level digital media initiatives, across the CEE region;
  • Manages internal and external resources to ensure that KPI targets are met in line with company standards;
  • Develops and maintains excellent cooperation with other local and international stakeholders/departments;
  • Prepares and presents relevant performance and status reports for the management;
  • Manages digital media product and/or business development projects;
  • As a role model he/she leads and develops the sales function in line with company values.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience gained in digital media or online sales environment;
  • Familiar with players and power relations, trends and technologies across CEE region, has an extensive network of relevant connections;
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the digital media and social media platforms, the players and power relations, trends and technologies;
  • Possess passion for company brands and channels as well as for building and maintaining excellent commercial partnership;
  • He/she is effective and confident in his/her communication both verbal and written way, on all managerial level. Able to express his/her messages to meet the expectations of different audiences;
  • He/she has strong organisational and project management skills;
  • Represents attention to detail and deadlines and ability to multi-task in a afast-paced environment;
  • Proactive and self-confident character, preferably with proven leadership skill;
  • Has both oral and written English knowledge on negotiations level;
  • High level of education - College/university degree.
