Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for a Team Leader for Collection Team to their Budapest-based business services center.
- Supervise and coach the regional Cash Collections, welcome call, administrative claim and the credit management Financial team
- Manage team members performance review
- Provide daily support to the team and enhance motivation
- May oversee the work of more junior staff and will provide technical advice and coaching where appropriate.
- Manage daily relationship with in-countries finance team
- Monitor and secure the High level process and performance
- Supervise the Credit Management processes and ensure compliance with the required standard
- Manage portfolio and work list priorities for the team members
- Coordinate debt issue resolution as well as invoice dispute resolution with BT/Third party Legal
Manage first level escalation process
- at least 1 year of experience in a team leader position (SSC/BSC background) is a MUST!
- fluent English and Italian language knowledge (C1) required
- university or college degree
