We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to our growing multinational client to manage a new cash collection team.
- Create a high performing team. Hire, train, coach team members - Knowledge management within cash collection processes - Take ownership and manage customer key accounts to monitor their financial data - Communicate with customers regarding blocked orders, credit limits - Escalate issues, report results to higher management - Share best practices, lead continouos improvement and standardisation initiatives
- University or College degree in Business/Economics/Finance - 3+ years of experience in AR/Cash Collection/Credit Control processes - 2 years of experience in team/people management, preferably in BSC/SSC environment - Fluency in English - Knowledge transfer or transition experience is an advantage
