Our client is looking for a Cash Collection Specialist.
- Contacting customers for overdues by phone/mail
- Proactively contacting customers
- Accurate and prompt response/resolution for inquires, disputes
- Liaise with Sales, Cash Apps Team, Credit Management for follow-up and coordination
- Regular reporting on portfolio status
- Analyze wrong bookings, reconcile the account, request corrections
- Accurate and prompt response/ resolution to clients’ and customers’ inquiries, disputes, claims
- Advanced English and French language knowledge
- Economics/Finance/Accounting degree or relevant experience
- At least 1 yeras experience in cash collection
- SAP or other ERP system knowledge could be a great advantage
- Excellent Analytical ability
- Cutsomer orientation and outstanding communication skill
