- Contribute to the capacity, availability & performance management processes and their operation and perform defined capacity, availability & performance management tasks - Analyse service and component capacity usage, and availability and identify issues - Recommend suggested capacity upgrade/downgrade decisions - Undertake a range of Network/IT capacity, availability & performance reporting to ensure that agreed levels are measured and monitored on an ongoing basis - Assist in the creating and maintaining a forward looking capacity & availability plan
- Strong knowledge of IP networks - Experience with building reports - Fluency in English both written and spoken - 2 or 3 years of work experience in a telecommunication or IT sector - Excellent communication and Customer care
