Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for a Capacity and Analytics Manager.
- Ensuring that Customer systems and services are at all times available and are not overloaded through additional data and work activity which may cause potential outage and/or disruption - Analysing data and makeing available a number of Management Information reports in a variety of forms, using standard MS Office based tools (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)and industry standard data warehousing systems - Working as part of a team with responsibility for the delivery of the Capacity Management process and function (based on ITIL principles) in accordance with agreed SLAs, OLAs and KPIs
- University/College degree on relevant experience - Professional proven experience in statistical analysis and/or data modelling or simulation - Experience of working in a highly analytic environment with high end MS Excel skills - Willingness to gain knowledge of customer IT systems and applications, domestically and/or globally - Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills - Proven Communication skills with a can-do attitude; - Ability to work under pressure and to deliver to tight time-scales - Ability to work with multiple data inputs and to produce accurate reports - Fluent English language skills
