1st Locate are one of the UK's leading multi site Credit Management Company's and due to significant expansion, now have an immediate requirement to fill over 20 full time positions in their new Woking office - primarily within the main call centre.
Call Centre job summary: At the front end of the customer collections team, you'll be responsible for resolving bill queries, disputes and collecting payments from customers on behalf of our clients. No two customer contacts are the same and your interpersonal and influencing skills will really come into play.
A professional approach is crucial at all times.
You will be working in a target-driven environment, so self-motivation and drive is essential to the role. Full training is provided.
