Our multinational client, a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, is looking for a French Speaker Business Support Specialist to join their Budapest-based business service center team.
Key responsibilities: - Contribute to streamline the flow of information between the business involved in the processing of the order - Responsible for the financial reporting tool as well as the monthly report of the margin per project according to the close follow up of the clients invoicing and cash collection - Fill in the financial tool and validate the Timesheet of the in-country Professional Services resource teams - Responsible of the clients invoicing - Monitor the treatment of internal control and dispute internal cost according to aged balance - Follow up on Third party orders and delivery - Record the Order Intake value by project
This French speaking job requires: - Fluent English and French - Experience in client relationship management - Enthusiasm about technology and telecommunication - Ability to present technical and commercial solutions to a varied audience - Ability to understand financial elements of an offer and bid process - College or university degree - Solid MS Office skills
