As a Business Support End of Lease Specialist, you'll play a unique and integral role in driving key business decisions, supporting operations and influencing business results. How? By ensuring high customer satisfaction by having a quick turn around time for payments, keep the portfolio system and other fulfillment processes up to date. Perform all administrative tasks precisely, ensure a satisfactory Business Control status. Understand process changes and perform tasks accordingly. Support satisfactory Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and audit results for the supported geographies.
Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with the team in the local office. Actively communicate with team members, Customers, Business Partners and other stakeholders. Ensure a positive atmosphere, be available and responsive for requests to contribute to high customer satisfaction and business growth.
Objective of the job
The job responsibility is to manage the execution at End of Lease of financing contracts for IBM customers.
Key tasks are
processing customers decisions at End of Lease on a timely and accurate basis, organizing and reconciling returned assets, liaising with customers on aspects of their End of Lease transactions, managing customer queries related to End of Lease. The tasks are complex as there are multiple systems involved and require a lot of pro-activeness and follow up to be able to meet the targets of quick turnaround time, high quality and high customer satisfaction.
The position requires language skills both in English and Swedish/Norwegian that would allow the candidate to keep daily contact with our clients and Business Partners on these languages.
