For our multinational client we are looking for an experienced BUSINESS REPORTING ANALYST to their team in their Budapest business support center.
- support the management/business with projects and initiatives to improve quality in the Service Centre - the job holder contributes to the communication of the BSC’s service level performance to its partners and supports the BSC’s managers to drive and continuously improve their processes and to manage their team’s performance - coordinate the KPI/SLA review, ensure up to date information flow, create the volume report - manage the related internal communication,maintain the BSC intranet site
- university or college degree - fluent English - proven experience in management of reporting processes - high level analytic skills, including advanced Excel skills - able to work in fast paced environment where flexibility is key, SSC backroung is an advantage - ability to understand the big picture and maintain good eye for detail
