Business Performance Lead will play a key role in regards to all financial performance related activities across the group. This role will actively interface directly with the group Management Team (MT), T-Systems Global, TSMY Finance and Controlling (F&C) and operational teams at the Leadership level in order to understand operational challenges from a financial perspective. All activities within this role will be inline with relevant T-Systems Global, TSMY.
Develop, maintain and support group Business Performance management activities, leveraging existing financial based interfaces and engagements.
Engage in the development, ongoing maintenance and communication of Service Delivery Elements (SDE), inline with operational governance requirements, and in concert with relevant Finance and Controlling engagement and agreements.
Perform business capacity forecasting activities (Classic Server, associated Storage and other relevant factors), and ensure that these are aligned and agreed with relevant Capacity Managers; leveraging existing financial based interfaces and engagements.
Oversight, and maintain all vendor contract management activities on behalf of the group, including overall contract, and License Management activities as required.
Engage in Procurement Management, in order to ensure that all procurement activities are properly managed on behalf of the group, including the assurance of timely management approvals as required.
Ensure group wide Cost Management (CAPEX, OPEX and other), including cost efficiency target achievement, cost contingency and the identification of initiatives that support overall group wide cost positioning activities.
Develop and maintain overall group financial forecasting, including the ability to plan and report this forecasting to the highest levels of senior management.
Engage in “Make or Buy” decision review and validation activities as required, based on financial input review.
• Ensure that “Revenue Management” activities are fully undertaken, and that all billing related activities are dispatched as required, ensure that all work completed is adequately financed, and costs recovered on behalf of the group.
Interface with all relevant groups, including Global Business Performance, Global/TSMY Finance and Controlling, Global/LBU Procurement Management, and other groups as required.
Define and formally implement new tools, in order to assist with the proactive management of all group financial matters where required.
