A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of French speaking Business Operations Professional.
The role is responsible for operations management. Financing Business Support Professional has responsibility for maintaining a good client relationship with company's clients and business partners, as well as internal client relationships, in support of financing agreements. This includes contract creation, communication with Sales people and colleagues in the Local Office; disbursements to Business Partners, accurate customer invoicing, working together with different departments (Pricing, Accounting, Credit, F&P). In addition, accounting reconciliation, reporting and audit support activities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by having a quick turn around time for BP contract creation and validation.
- Keeping close contact with business partners and local office colleagues
- Meet measurement targets, support the Management Team (local and central) in meeting its monthly measurement objectives.
- Understand process changes and perform tasks accordingly
- Recognize job-related problems.
- Higher Degree in Economics
- Fluency in English AND French languages both written and verbal
- At least 1 year experience in Sales support
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a multi-lingual / multi-cultural environment
- Detail orientation with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-spaced environment and work under time constraints
