We are looking for a Business Operations Manager for our multinational partner, who has a leading position in the Hungarian telecommunication market.
Enable and support the existence and growth of the Technology Organization and its capabilities in the areas of organizational performance.
- Promote and drive teamwork, alignment and collaboration across the Technology Management Team - Build and maintain partnerships and events with internal and external parties to enlarge the Technology capabilities - Identify, manage and implement improvement programs for organizational efficiency and optimization - Find and use successful international best practices, knowledge sharing - Manage and oversee internal and external communication of Technology - Assure right E2E KPI monitoring , negative trend detection and lead improvements plans to support deployment and engineering functions in strong cooperation with Network Planning & optimization and Service Assurance Centre teams - Coordinate in-depth analysis of performance E2E KPIs and propose technology actions to improve NPS in strong cooperation with Network Planning & optimization - Lead NPS review meeting with the customer operation unit
- Engineering or Economics BSc. degree - At least 3 years working experience - Previous process and project management experience is an advantage - Knowledge of customer survey and benchmarking methods is an advantage - Fluent English knowledge - Highly motivated, customer focused individual with business mindset - Excellent stakeholder management skills
