Incredible opportunity for an enthusiastic and results driven sales professional, to join the vibrant sales office of a market leader providing innovative e-learning training solutions to businesses across the world.
In their 20 th year of trading, Safety Media is an award-winning business which is continuing to grow from strength to strength, with an enviable client base and exciting plans to launch new products.
As a Business Development Executive you will be part of a solutions based sales office where research and customer relationships are encouraged to get the best from every prospect. Whilst the products include a full range of Health and Safety training solutions, including DVDs, posters and booklets, you will focus your time on promoting the e-Learning training solutions which are designed to save clients both time and money. With a range of products to suit all budgets you will be looking to not only sell the solutions directly over the telephone but also arrange appointments for the field based business development managers.
As Business Development Executive your responsibilities will include, although not be limited to;
- Following up on website enquires and referral leads
- Researching and making outbound calls to prospective clients to establish business requirements and promote relevant products from a wide range of solutions
- Arranging appointments for field based business development managers
- Proactively building relationships and gaining referral business
- Maintaining accurate database records
To be considered for the role of Business Development Executive, you will have the following knowledge, skills, expertise and attributes;
- Proven proactive sales experience (not necessarily phone based)
- Self-motivation with the desire to achieve results, whilst working to targets
- Strong, friendly and engaging personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Team orientated with a positive, "can do" approach
- IT literacy including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM databases.

Salary: £15,000 per annum, plus performance based bonuses with uncapped earning potential. 1 st year OTE £20,000 - £25,000
Location: Bodelwyddan (Denbighshire, North Wales)
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
