  • Work closely with Finance Management team for Financial Analysis and Report preparations.
  • Work closely with Finance Management team for Forecasting and Budgeting.
  • Participate in overall Business Planning
  • Participate in the management of the SAP R3 system, specifically to effectively manage Order Processing activities and to ensure smooth running of the Billing process.
  •  Manage responses to Request For Proposals (RFP) and Tenders from a Financial Perspective – review RFP and Tender documents to identify scope, risks and supply chain considerations.  This includes review and participation in the preparation of outgoing Proposals to ensure that company’s business risks are minimized and maximization of opportunities.
  •  Project budgeting – this includes working closely with sales and project teams at the initial phase of RFP/Tender exercises to build project budgets in order to arrive at a basis for pricing to the customer.  This is to ensure identified financial risks are covered and profit maximized.
  •  Assist in Contract and Agreement reviews and negotiation with Customers, Partners and Suppliers.
  •  Risk Management of the overall business – In a broad sense this includes monitoring the overall business’ internal and external environment to identify risks and opportunities.
  •  Project Controlling – this entails working very closely with project teams to ensure sound financial management, budgetary control, risk management and profit maximization for the company’s ongoing projects.
  •  Business Process management – Implement and manage business processes and procedures to ensure compliance with HQ policies, ISO and other external/internal governance requirements.  Ability also to re-engineer processes where necessary and follow through until full adoption and compliance.
  •  Liaise effectively with all levels of the organization – this includes the Financial Management team, Project teams, Sales, The Management layer and HQ Controlling teams.
  •  Liaise effectively with external parties such as lawyers, ISO auditors, customers, partners and suppliers.
  •  Participate in the management of Project Administration and Logistics matters.
  •  Any other tasks within the areas of finance and controlling that may be assigned from time to time, including but not limited to participating in due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.Identify and initiate continuous quality improvement to increase efficiency and productivity in meeting customer satisfaction.
