- Communicate with clients to discover needs and specify requirements
- Translate customer requirements into business specifications to technical designers.
- Provide clear documentation about software instances operational at customers.
- Ensure appropriate internal and customer documentation is linked to the development tasks.
- Prepare suggestions to customers about process and quality improvements.
- Participation in the sales process as product expert. Provision of written assistance with RFPs and participation in sales presentations and demonstrations of the product.
- Participation in customer and internal trainings.
- Fluent English
- 3+ years professional experience in the IT sector as business analyst
- Good level of knowledge of banking operation and consumer finance processes
- Customer orientation
- Clear thinker, excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Lending industry is a big advantage
- Knowledge of credit-scoring tools is a plus
- Working knowledge of software coding practices and methods
- Knowledge of Russian language.
