Business Analyst for Product Management


The Central Product Management Office is a governing body that drives the vision of the Product Management function which assists Enterprise Infrastructure in achieving the goals around Business Enablement, Quality & Control, People Talent & Culture, Risk & Regulatory and Cost & Optimization. The central team both drives and supports the Tower product management functions. It is the leader in keeping EI focused and prioritized on pricing, release plans, roadmaps, hygiene, SLAs and communications. In addition, the central team provides common tools and templates to allow the individual Towers to deliver their work efficiently. The central team will be comprised of two people in Budapest and three in NY. Together this team will drive and deliver the overall Product Management function.

  • The Product Office Technology Specialist will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the Product Office repositories. The Technology Specialist provides online resources to drive the evolution of product management within EI.
  • Working with the Cost Transparency team, the Technology Specialist will maintain and expand the Product and Services Catalog
  • Working with Product Office management and senior Tower Product Managers, build and maintain Jive sites that will be the basis for virtual Product Management Forums
  • Working with Product Office management and senior Tower Product Managers, build and maintain on-line sites that will be the basis for all Product Management collateral
  • Work with the Product Shared Services team to automate templates and tools
  • Report and review all of the above deliverables
  • Excellent communicator willing to learn infrastructure concepts in order to effectively assist Product Managers
  • Hands-on ability in Jive, SharePoint and twiki – a large part of this role is day-to-day creation and modification of standard sites
  • Intermediate knowledge of IT terms and primary services delivered by IT Infrastructure including data centers, servers and storage, databases and middleware, data and voice network, as well as desktop services
  • Experience and demonstrated capability of serving as effective business partner in customer oriented environment dealing with wide range of business areas
  • Strong attention to detail and strong analytical ability required
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change
