Business Analyst – NILS Support

A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Business Analyst.
This position belongs to Europe Client Service organization in CIO BT/IT. Moreover it is connected to an internal support organization (NiLS Support Team) as 1st level member in support team. Main role is to provide support on NILS systems for all Europe end-users, both BSO (Business Support Operations) and Accounting business; and to be an interface between service provider team and customers in any issue handling or project related works.
Customers are the Centre of Excellence (CoE) end-users and all local office users in Europe who are using NILS (Nordic and International Leasing System) systems for daily operation.

Daily tasks includes - besides the above mentioned main responsibility :
- Supporting of existing business processes are implemented in NILS portfolio system
- Technical and business support in case of incidents which are reported by customers
- To support the operation of NILS, based on system strategy, defined by application owner
- Coordinating end users queries addressing to the right support team
- Coordinate test activities for CoE users in case of NILS releases based on project leaders instructions and participate in NILS testing;
- Frequently reporting to direct leaders about status of project activities, actions, tasks; doing documentation about completed and closed items
- Take care of NILS knowledge base, means updating of FAQ database, internal service document libraries regularly, and measure customer or 1st level service team’s knowledge, propose trainings, consultations or any changes if it is necessary
- To follow the defined issue handling process
- Searching the areas and looking for the gaps where any education is needed, make proposal for it in line with business directives
- Ad hoc testing of new releases
- Increasing users’ satisfaction level at all departments

Követelmények
- University or college degree in IT or finance field
- At least 2 years experience in IT Support skills
- At least 2 years experience in Finance skills
- English: Fluent
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Customer orientation
- Ability to work independently and in team-work as well
- Creative and proactive thinking
- Open mind for new solutions
- General system-integration skill
- Self-education skill
