Our client, who is one of the largest Management System / ISO Certification and Training organisations in the world, is now looking for a CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER.
-Achieve yearly defined KPIs; - To carry out clerical duties, refer telephone and email enquiries to appropriate personnel, as required; - Prepare draft and final certificates after approval of certification and prepare certificates and associated documents for transmittal to client - To prepare internal/external training course materials and arrange course venue; - Record & issue training certificates - Process Timesheets/Expenses/Invoices in Team; - The filing and photocopying of all documentation in relation to the management system certification schemes and maintenance of the customer files; - Special tasks and projects as required under the direction of immediate and senior management and any other duties as directed - Enter and track sales data in ERP, - Provide reports and analyse data as necessary - Manage tasks associated with converting sales opportunities to projects - Communicate with colleagues and customers in Bulgaria - Assemble audit teams according to the unit's procedures, systems and tools - Plan capacity and maximize utilization of resources while ensuring lower operational costs - Liaise continuously with clients and auditors to agree on project dates/scheduling - Collaborate with our technical function to pre-approve projects with auditors and dispatch certificates to customers - Contribute to improving analytical efforts for correct forecasting - Ensure correct information in our production system ConCert at all times
