For the European Business Service Centre of our international client in Budapest, we are looking for an experienced
BSC Procurement Team Coordinator - Spanish speaking

  • Creating purchase orders or master data and making any necessary modifications
  • Working with Accounts Payable on resolving invoice problems
  • Maintaining up to date procedures and manuals as per ISO requirements
  • Supporting in-country activities on an ad hoc basis as directed by the BSC Procurement Team Lead
  • Provide purchase order related information as required by the business such as open items, due dates, missing goods receipts and invoice receipts
  • Driving compliance to the Purchase to pay and to all company agreements
  • Meet or exceed SLA targets as defined in the SLA framework
  • Ensure that SLA and volume trackers are timely and accurately maintained
  • Strong interactivity with assigned Business Units, customers as well as contact with Outsourced Service Providers and Business Facing Financials
  • Analyse and improve PPI / KPI results
  • Coaching junior team members and/or coordinating the work of a group
  • Analyse and explore process improvement opportunities


  • 3-5 years experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Fluent English, min. upper-intermediate Spanish language knowledge
  • Strong ability of multi-tasking and prioritizing
