Due to continued growth you will be expected to take the Service Department to the next level, capitalising on its superb location and benefitting from inheriting a successful and experienced team.
Job Purpose: Responsible for effectively leading and managing the resources within the service department to achieve/exceed the required business objectives including labour sales, profitability, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and loyalty levels. Simply, we want you to be the best-performing service department in our Group and within the BMW network.
What we are looking for: Knowledge and experience of working within the BMW/MINI brand would be advantageous, although not essential. Good oral and written communication skills. Confident problem solving, decision making and financial analysis abilities. A motivated leader with strong interpersonal skills and good relationship building.
