Key Responsibilities: - running a team of Bid Managers - managing the operations of the bid team against SLAs and KPIs - managing interface with internal customers - managing relationship with other teams and units in order to ensure proper collaboration - reporting
- strong people management skills - university or college degree - experience in customer service, customer care, business management - min. 1-2 years experience in team and people management - result and customer oriented personality - proactive, innovative and flexible to manage operations and teams in a changing environment - fluent English
