Banqueting and Events Manager - Aberdeen
Meldrum House is a 4 Gold Star Country Hotel. The Banqueting and Events Manager will provide leadership to the banqueting team and oversee all banqueting operations.
This is a fully operational hands on role and wills include weddings, conferences and a variety of other functions.
The postholder will also be responsible for overseeing external events catered for with corporate clients.
All applicants will ideally have relevant experience ina quality establishment and be able to demonstrate the following:
- Ability to creatively and continuously improve methods of customer service
- Develop strong working relationships with others and be able to motivate and develop junior members of the team
- Demonstrate an enjoyment and commitment to working in the hospitality industry and actively anticipate and respond to customers expectations
- Lead by example, projecting a pleasant, positive and professional image at all time
