Back Office Customer Service Team Leader – French Speaking


Location:

Budapest

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of back office agents
  • Proactively develop the skills, competencies and knowledge of team members
  • Carry out regular one to ones with all direct reports
  • Organize and conduct regular meetings and appraisals with direct reports
  • Understand the relevant procedures and processes
  • Proactively drive process improvement
  • Ensure that both quality and productivity targets are met
  • Ensure timely resolution of requests within the customer relationship management system
  • Handle escalated and complex customer complaints
  • Deliver service by managing workflow, ensuring adequate holiday, training and sickness cover
  • Develop, achieve and monitor KPIs aligned to the Service Level Agreements
  • Work closely with other leaders to ensure that overall operational objectives are met, ideas shared and lessons learnt
  • Back up the Service Delivery Manager
Requirements:
  • Fluency in French and English
  • University or College degree
  • At least 1 year team leading experience
  • Stakeholder handling experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in SSC environment
