B2B Sales Manager
- Identify target accounts in country and prepare strategic sales plans to acquire new business from targeted accounts and to provide sufficient pipeline to achieve business plan.
- Manage account portfolios of new and revisit business in the financial sector
- New partners acquiring and relationship management of professional and financial sector
- Make presentations to clients to gain new business, manage existing accounts to sell additional coverage’s based on product sequencing.
- Active participation in achieving business plans and goals of the minor line, profit centre and the company.
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales
- Experience in international, banking and financial sector is nice to have
- Ability to manage day to day activities independently
- People management experience is nice to have
- Client- and result oriented approach
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Negotiation and Persuasion
- Analyzes and problem solving
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Good working knowledge of English
