Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for Avaya Support Specialists to their shared services centre.
As an Avaya Support Specialist your tasks will be the following: - Support the clients in Avaya related problems via email and telephone - Provide support on a L2 level - Telephone configuration, VOIP troubleshoot - Be in touch with L1 and L3 level helpdesk, located abroad - Analyse requests and problems and develop solution suggestions - Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems
- Fluent GERMAN and at least communication level in ENGLISH is a must - Avaya exam and/or Avaya support experience - Good computer knowledge - Customer orientation - Problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot technical issues - Proactive and dynamic personality - Able to work in shifts - Professional communication skills
