They are looking for a dedicated and multi-talented Assistant for a long term who will work closely with the Office Manager in the following areas with an emphasis on finance:

FINANCE
- Accounts Payable: booking invoices
- handling bank transfers
- preparing various reports, analyses
ADMINISTRATION
- inventory control
- filing
- event management
- facilities management
HR
- maintaining and updating records
- preparing statistics
- organizing job interviews

Követelmények
The position requires:
- excellent active English knowledge and great communication skills
- at least 2 years of related work experience
- touch typing skills
- finance / accountancy background is a major plus
