Our partner, an international general trading company is looking for an executive assistant for its managing director. We offer two positions on two different levels: if you have either 3-5 years of experience in personal assistance or you are a fresh graduate, you could be the ideal candidate. We are looking for both an experienced and a beginner colleague to support the work and administration of the General Manager.
Your tasks will be: - management of the schedule of the Managing Director - HR related administration - IT related coordination tasks - reporting - keeping contact with the admin team
